EXTENSIBLE BUSINESS REPORTING LANGUAGE - XBRL
Standard developed to improve the method financial data is conveyed, making exchanging of business information easier. It is a type of XML, a specification used for arranging and defining data. It also uses tags to determine every piece of financial data, then allows to be used programmatically by an XBRL-compatible program.
