GROUP CARVE-OUT PLAN
Group term life insurance created to appeal to well-paid employees by elevating their employer-sponsored life insurance coverage. Under this plan, the employee keeps $50,000 of standard group life term insurance coverage, but the rest is given by a universal life insurance. This plan substitute the present group life insurance amount in excess of $50,000 on individuals the firm desires to take out of the plan.
