Publicly-traded biotechnology firm that markets products in oncology. In 2002, IMCL made international headlines following the firm’s founder and CEO Sam Waksal was incriminated for insider trading. Briefly after Waksal’s indictment, domestic diva Martha Stewart was also charged of insider trading.
