INCENTIVE TRUST
Legally binding fiduciary relationship where the trustee holds and administers the assets contributed by the grantor. In this agreement, the trustee must follow the defined requirements set by the grantor about the conditions the trust’s beneficiaries must meet to receive funds from that trust.
