INTERNAL GROWTH RATE
Highest rate of growth a company achievable for a company without obtaining outside funding. A company’s highest internal growth rate is the level at which progression from general business operations can keep financing and developing the company. For starting firms and small business, this is a significant ratio to follow since it gauges a company’s profitable increase in leading revenues.
