INTERTEMPORAL CAPITAL ASSET PRICING MODEL - ICAPM
A financial model that endeavors to account key sources of risk when optimizing consumption over a time period. The model postulates the security returns are usually given over multiple time periods and all future consumption will be financed by security returns. ICAPM was described by Nobel awardee and American sociologist Robert Merton in 1973.
