LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

A legally-binding document in which a person expresses his final wishes on his affairs, dependendents, and possessions. The last will and testament will specify what to do with possessions, whether it will be given to a family member, a group, or a charitable institution; as well as to how some responsibilities are to be performed like custody of dependents, accounts, and interests management.

This can be written in any length and should include the will creator’s signature, along the signature of two witnesses and a named living executor to whom the testator entrusts his possessions. The person writes his or her will while he or she is alive, and to be carried out once he or she passed away.
