LAW OF SUPPLY
A microeconomic law which explains that, given all factors are equal, an increase in the supply of goods and services leads to the increase of commodities’ prices, and vice versa. If the price of a certain commodity goes up, suppliers will increase the number of the product being sold to generate maximum profit.
