LIVING WAGE
A theoretical wage level that allows a worker to meet its basic needs such as shelter, food, clothing, and other necessities without resorting to any welfare or public assistance. It should be good enough to make sure not more than 30% of earnings will be spent on housing. It aims to let employees earn adequate income in order to have a satisfactory standard of living.
