LOAN MODIFICATION SPECIALIST
An individual who deals with loan modifications, in particular. They work hand in hand with borrowers who are almost or have defaulted on their mortgage. It is simply an adjustment made to the terms of the existing loan in order to lessen the probability of a borrower defaulting. Reducing interest rate, extending the length of loan term, changing loan type, or a combination of all adjustments are the usual adjustments done in a loan.
