NON-QUALIFIED DEFERRED COMPENSATION - NQDC
A compensation that has not been earned by an employee, but not yet received from the employer. Since the ownership has not been transferred to the employee, it’s not part yet of the earned income of the employee, and it is not counted as taxable income.
