REGULATION C
Regulation C implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975. It orders that depository institutions have to annually reveal the communities to which they provided residential mortgages. It allows regulatory authorities to evaluate if the lender is sufficiently meeting the needs of the potential borrowers in that community.
