SCHEDULED PERSONAL PROPERTY
Scheduled Personal Property is an added coverage that goes beyond the standard coverage provided by a homeowners’ insurance policy. The purpose of scheduled personal property is to protect out-of-the-ordinary items that require a separate insurance policy to fully cover the value in case of a claim be made. For this specific added coverage, every item that the insured wants to be added separately to the schedule must be aware of the more-often-than-not added premiums.
