SEC FORM 2-E
SEC Form 2-E is a filing that is required for small business investment companies to submit semi-annually when they engage in a limited offering of their securities under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered in the SEC Form 2-E include the information about the offering’s the beginning and end date, the quantity of offered shares, quantity of sold shares, the amount received, expenses paid, the status of the offering (discontinued or ongoing and why), the brokers and dealers’ names that are involved in the offering.
