SEC FORM 485A24E
SEC Form 485A24E is a filing used as a registration statement. It is mandated under the SEC. These registration statements represent separate accounts that include post-effective amendments filed in accordance to Rule 458(a) whose additional shares are under Rule 24e-2 of management investment companies. SEC Form 485A24E is not allowed to be submitted as an Investment-Company-Act-of-1940-only type of filing.
