SEC FORM NT 10-K
SEC Form NT 10-K is a filing to be submitted in lieu of SEC Form 10-K under the Securities and Exchange Commission. If for some reason, a company is not able to submit SEC Form 10-K or any similar form on time then it may opt to file SEC Form NT 10-K. After the filing of SEC Form NT 10-K, SEC Form 10-K is required to be submitted within 15 days following the filing. SEC Form 10-K contains an extensive review of the company’s business activities to be submitted annually and filed within 90 days of the fiscal year-end of the company.
