SEC FORM PILOT
SEC Form PILOT is a filing made by self-regulatory organizations used as an initial operation report or as an amendment to an initial operation report, or a quarterly report made specifically for pilot trading systems operated by SROs under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Self-regulatory organizations are those organizations which are non-governmental which has regulatory authority over an industry like the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or FINRA.
