SEGREGATED DISCLOSURES
Segregated Disclosures are lender declarations that come in series mandated by the law, specifically by the Regulation M, to be segregated from other vehicle lease documents. The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board issue Regulation M whose objective is for the application of the consumer leasing provisions present in the Truth in Lending Act which is also the Title I, Consumer Credit Protection Act.
