SERIAL CORRELATION
Serial Correlation is also referred to as ‘autocorrelation’ or ‘lagged correlation’. It is the relationship between the given variable and the given variable itself over different time intervals. Serial correlation are can typically seen in repeating patterns when a variable variable affects the future level. It is utilized by technical analysts for the determination of the performance of the past price of a security to predict the future price.
