SERIES 23
Series 23 is an examination under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become general securities principals and sales supervisors. The prerequisite for Series 23 is an accomplished Series 9/10 exam. The exam is composed of 100 questions regarding investment banking processes on primary and secondary markets, management of office staffs, current FINRA regulations, trading activities and market-making in the firm level, with a passing grade of 70%.
