SERIES 27
Series 27 is an examination under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to become a chief financial officer for a firm that’s a member of FINRA. Series 27 was made to challenge the knowledge of test takers regarding CFO responsibilities-related issues like statutory rules about broker-dealer responsibilities. It also covers items under the Securities Investor Protection Act of 1970.
