SILENT AUTOMATIC LIEN

Silent automatic lien is also referred to as ‘automatic tax lien’. It is the kind of lien that does not show up in any public record. The usage of silent automatic lien is done by the IRS as a method for the collection of unpaid taxes in the case that the taxpayer fails to pay taxes despite previous measures to collect them such as sending letters and phone calls. There are two kinds of lien and the other one is the federal tax lien which is the opposite of the silent automatic lien as it is public.
