STAPLE FINANCING
Staple financing is a financing package that are offered to bidders in an acquisition. The package is predetermined by the investment bank involved in the selling company. The details of the lending package such as loan covenants, lending fees, and the principal are typically stapled at the back of the acquisition term sheet thus the name.
