SUSPENDED TRADING
Temporary stoppage of security trading that occurs in the event of order imbalance or pending news announcement, usually for a prolonged time period. Upon the suspension, its shares cannot be traded on the market until the suspension lapses or is lifted. Suspended trading is placed on the security on a case-to-case basis.
