SWEDISH KRONA
SEK is the abbreviation for the currency in Sweden that is the Swedish Krona. For each Swedish krona, there is 100 öre. The currency is more often than not, represented with a ‘kr’. In the native language of Sweden, the currency is referred to as ‘spänn’ or ‘kosing’. ‘Krona’ is equivalent to ‘crown’ in English.
