THRIFT SAVINGS PLAN - TSP
Retirement savings plan designed for current and/or retired workers of the federal civil service. Created under the Federal Employee’s Retirement System Act of 1986, holders of the defined-contribution plan will receive the same retirement savings related benefits the private sector workers enjoy with 401(k) plans. Their contributions are automatically subtracted from each paycheck.
