TRADE CREDIT
Agreement in which a client can defer the payment for products and/or services acquired from a supplier. Upon the delivery of the goods, the trade credit is set within a short time period, normally from 30 days to 90 days. In essence, it is a credit given by a company to an entity for purchasing products and services.
