Program which allows reporting all of the transactions done over-the-counter (OTC) relative to fixed-income securities. Developed by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), brokers who are NASD members and deal with these securities must report these transactions, under the rules set by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
