419-E WELFARE BENEFIT PLANS
Employer-sponsored employee welfare benefit plan providing various benefits to employees including life, health, long-term care, disability, and post-retirement medical. Under paragraph (e) of Section 419 of the Internal Revenue Code, it can be designed as either a target contribution or target benefit. The plan aims to give additional financial stability for employees during their retirement.
