ABSORBED COST
The indirect costs which is associated with manufacturing. It includes expenses such as property tax for the building or insurance in which occurs in the manufacturing process. After the determination of the total manufacturing costs, the implicit cost are not put into consideration, but will be accommodated in a separate account.
