ACCELERATION COVENANT
It is a clause that is included in some swap agreements and debt securities that says that the payment can be immediate collected and the contract can be easily terminated if the borrower violated a number of clause stated in the contract that can include downgrading of debt or default.
This is sometimes called as the acceleration clause.
