CONVERSION ARBITRAGE
Options trading strategy placed to capitalize on the inefficiencies inherent in pricing options. A risk-neutral strategy, the trader purchases a put and writes a covered call on a trader’s existing stock with identical strike price and maturity dates. A trader generates profit through this technique when the call option is overvalued.
