GYPSY SWAP
Method in which a firm may increase capital without issuing additional debt or holding a secondary public offering. This swap has multiple transactions, with the ultimate outcome being a capital raise for the business. By convincing existing shareholders to exchange common stocks for restricted stocks, the business can then sell the common shares to new investors in order to increase capital.
