LARRY MONTGOMERY
Former Chief Executive Officer and Chair of Kohl’s Department Stores Inc. His retail career began in 1972 where he held some executive management positions before joining Kohl’s in 1988 where he was the Senior Vice President and Director of Kohl’s Department Stores. Then, he served as the Executive Vice President of Stores from 1993 to 1996. He got appointed as one of the board of directors in 1994, promoted as CEO in 1999, and became chairman in 2003. Montgomery retired in January 2010.
