SAAR
Seasonally Adjusted Annual Rate (SAAR) is a rate adjustment. It’s purpose is to be used for economic or business data that is trying to eradicate its seasonal variation. Majority of data is affected by the time period in the year. This means that a more precise comparison may be made per month of the year if seasonality adjustments are done.
