SEC FORM CA-1
SEC Form CA-1 is a filing used for the registration to be a clearing agency under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form CA-1 is used alternatively as an application for the exemption from registration as a clearing agency. SEC Form CA-1 is also used for the amendments for a registered firm.
