SIGNATURE LOAN
Signature loan is also referred to as ‘good faith loan’ or ‘character loan’. It is a kind of loan that banks and other financial institutions offer wherein only the signature and the promise to pay from the borrower are the collateral. In most cases, this kind of loan evoke a higher interest rate as it provides no actual collateral. It may be used in any situation the borrower sees viable.
