SOLVENCY RATIO
Solvency ratio is a metric used for measuring the ability of a corporation to meet its debt obligations and other financial obligations. It ensures that the company has enough cashflow to pay for both long-term and short-term liabilities. A lower solvency ratio means the corporations has a higher chance of defaulting.
