MODIFIED INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN - MIRR
Presumes the positive cash flows are to be invested at the company’s cost of capital and the primary outlays are funded at its financing cost. This more accurately shows the cost and profitability of a given project. It is formed to better take into account what is done with cash flows once these are received.
